*Rental time includes time needed for set up and clean up. Any rental that exceeds it's 'end time' will be charged an additional fee based on time exceeded.

*RESCHEDULING* Rescheduling is considered any alteration to the date, time and/or type of confirmed booking that would result in a loss to Sharp Studios. Clients can reschedule sessions up to 7 days prior to their confirmed booking, free of charge. Any client that wants to reschedule within 7 days of their confirmed booking time will be subject to a $20 rescheduling fee. Any client that wishes to reschedule their appointment within 48HRS of their booking will be subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. We will not accept any requests to reschedule sessions within 24HRS of a confirmed booking, with the exception of extenuating circumstances/emergencies at Sharp Studio's discretion.
*CANCELLATIONS* Any session canceled at least 14 days prior to the confirmed booking is fully refundable. Any session canceled 13-7 days prior to the confirmed booking is refundable up to 50% of the total booking cost. Any session canceled 6-2 days prior to the booking is non-refundable, but can be rescheduled (see above rescheduling terms). Any cancellations, no-shows, etc. within 24hrs of the booking are non-refundable.
